Cancellation Policy

All services and consultation appointments are conducted exclusively online, allowing them to be booked internationally and independent of location. Collaboration usually takes place via video conference or digital communication platforms. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In case of cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to attend, the session may be charged in full, as the reserved time cannot be reassigned at short notice. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection at the time of your appointment. Further details regarding collaboration or individual projects can be discussed and arranged in advance.
